3 of my hand carved archtop electric guitars.
Paulette #1. It shares the outline with an LP, but is deeper with carved plates front and back. The neck block extends to hold the pickup, giving some feedback resistance and the sustain of a solid body electric
The back sides and neck are all old stock mahogany
internal shot showing the unusual construction
Paulette #2. This time with a solid hand carved spruce top and walnut back and sides. deeper and more acoustic than #1, but still with a small body size
La Ville - Languedoc inspired with a carved cherry top and walnut back and sides and a Snakewood fretboard. Pickups are wound to sound like a Charlie Christian in the neck and a P.A. Bigsby in the bridge.
Mini Acoustic. GS MIni style body with a full scale length
English walnut back and sides with a reclaimed flamed mahogany neck
